The seven deadly sins of make up

So I saw this post off Lena's page and thought what a fantastic tag! 


Greed: What’s your most expensive beauty item?

I tend to spend alot on all of my make up. I am a MAC addict so that explains it. My strobe cream was $62.00. and alot of my perfumes are expensive! Hypnotic poison by Christian Dior was $142.00. I find the little post of eye shadow to be so expensive for the size of what they are. Last time I brought a pottle I paid around $40 for something the size of my thumbnail! But needless to say I still have it 6 months on and ive only just skimmed the top of it. 


Wrath: What item do you have a love/hate relationship with?

Liquid eyeliner!! I love the way it looks...when you get it right. I am forever trying to master the winged eye look so if you have any tips and tricks about an easy way to do it please do share! I love the fact that liquid eyeliner gives a much more definitive look as opposed to a normal eyeliner pencil. Liquid eyeliner also lasts for much longer throughout the day. Applying it can be messy and take time, precision and skill. If I make a mistake I try to remove it and end up smudging it and looking like ive been crying for 5 hours! One day i'll get there......


Gluttony: What brand takes up most of your collection?

I am open to all types of brands. I have recently just found the new range of make up at Kmart. They now stock ELF, LOL and many more I have never heard of. Im enjoying exploring these. I also have a huge range of sally hansen and Rimmell London. But in true form its MAC that takes up the most space in my make up draws. I think now that im not flying and dont have easy access to the MAC counters at duty free, my collection will be stalled and I will venture out into more accessible and affordable brands. 

Sloth: What product do you neglect the most due to laziness?

Concealer. I think it should be part of your every day routine because its just so versitile and can make you look ten times better than how you feel. But I totally neglect it and regret it halfway through the day when I see someone looking fab. 

Pride: What product gives you the most confidence?

Lipstick. Especially something red/purple/pink. It gives me confidence and adds a bit of colour into the day. Also a bit of glitter eyeshadow also makes me feel girly, like I sparkle :) 

Lust: Which item is top of your beauty wishlist?

MAC's Morange lipstick. It has been on my mind for a year now and I have seen friends looking HAWT in it. I never thought orange lippy would be in fashion but it is and it looks great. I tried to by Jourdana in Pumpkin as a dupe and it looks good but I want the real thiiiiing! 

Envy: Which makeup product/look is great on others but not on you?
Big bold lips. I have little teny tiny lips that lipstick looks ok on. Im really jealous of those girls who have big puffy lips and actually have somewhere to put the lippy!
