There are many times that I feel proud to be a kiwi and one of them is because of how clever some of us are! There's nothing like a good stint of kiwi ingenuity to come up with a brilliant idea and that's exactly what the kids at SlapSee* have done.

SlapSee has been invented and designed right here in New Zealand and is being launched in Australia and NZ, just in time for summer. So how does it all work? Let me explain!
The sunglasses have a ground breaking strong frame with a special hinged nose bridge which allows for the sunglasses to fold in half and bend without breaking. After that you simply straighten out the arms of the sunnies then mould them around your head. This is especially good for people like me, who can never find a pair of sunglasses that fit because of my tiny nose!
The flexibility of the slap arms means you can wrap them around your wrist, on your bike handle bars or on your steering wheel so you don't lose them and they don't fall off your head.
Not only are these fashionable and affordable, the lenses also keep 100% of the harmful UV rays out with an anti UV grade of UV400. So your being responsible and sun smart at the same time.
