The Body Shop // Nail Art Tools

 ♡ Hey beauties!

I hope your all having a wonderful day. Welcome back to my blog!

We all know that The Body Shop has some pretty spectacular products. Some of my favourite one's include the entire peppermint foot relaxing gel range and the lavender spray to help you drift off to sleep.

The Body Shop also have a wide range of beauty products too.

In November of last year they released a new line of nail polishes and the one below is in the colour very grape*

I find the brush to be the perfect length. It doesn't pick up  much excess polish when you dip it in the pot and none of the bristles have strayed.

Applying this is super easy. The nail polish glides on and it's very easy to have control over the brush. Even when you are doing your hand you don't write with!

With only 2 coats I achieved the consistency shown below and it lasted and schemed week without any noticeable chipping.

The nail art dotting tool* is also available from The Body Shop. I have never been good at nail art, although I do try. I was actually able to create cute little flowers on my nails with it (see above pic).

It has two sized "dotters" ? I actually don't know what the technical term for the end of a dotting pen is! But I love this also. My tip would be to pour a little nail polish onto a bowl and pick up the Polish from there as it doesn't pick up much straight out of the bottle

These have been really fun for me to experiment with and spend hours on pintrest looking for insp. Have you ever been able to successfully create some nail art? xx

  1. That's really cute! I've attempted dotting with a toothpick and my dots were always a bit of a mess.
