Instead of looking at how far you have to go and what is left to go, focus on how far you have come. Sure you don't have everything you want in life but look around you and what do you have? You will find that when you start noticing the little milestone's and achievements you will be left feeling more positive and confident.

Now days with technology these are so easy to achieve by using pintrest but i still love the old way. spend an afternoon sifting through magazines and printing pictures of the Internet to stick onto a big piece of paper. Put the vision board somewhere you will see it often to remind yourself of what your after.

As cheesy as it sounds if you really don't feel confident then you need to fake it. And often once you start to fake it you will in fact become more confident naturally. Put a red lipstick on as its a power colour and put that beautiful smile on your face and go for it!
