Happy sunday babes!
I thought it was time to update you on some recent happenings from my magical trip to the Philippines. I don't normally post on a Sunday but am back on the blogging vibe and just had to share these special moments with you.
Firstly, The Philippines, WOW. What a magical destination. The sights, smell's and taste's couldn't be further away from what were used to. But that is a good thing for anyone. The people there make me so greatfull for everything I have. They live off the basic's in life and are the most optimistic and happy people. We could learn alot from them!
Top left working clockwise: The American WWII War memorial centre, a perfect wine machine I need in my life was found in Sydney Airport duty free at the cutest wee store called 'A Little Something', The cieling of the lobby at our hotel 'The Diamond Hotel' in Manilla, we were very fortunate enough to visit a local primary school that my bestie's aunty taught at, SM Mall of Asia, The staircase at 'The Sofitel Manilla' hotel, and again more hotel daycore above that.
Here's the good stuff! Top left:
The wedding prep begins! , the gorgeous bride after having her make up done, me taking selfies with the hilarious make up artist who did my hair and make up, the dress! This photo does not do it any justice but it is stunning, me and the bride mid morning, another obligatory selfie, and then a selfie with Mikyla another of the bridesmaids.
My role in the wedding was to light the candle and this wicked snap was taken during it. Three of the bridesmaids can be seen in full length shots of our stunning gowns, just another selfie, and the beautiful old church that she was married in pictured here.
Here is a video that the videographers put together of the day and the reception. They managed to do all of this and show us this at the reception, so amazed! And yes, I am the one crying. haha.
I hope you enjoy this peek into the most amazing wedding I have been to yet. Let me know your thoughts, have you been married? Big wedding or small? Or have you visited the Philippines!?
Talk soon! xx
