When someone is truly happy it shows, and you can't hide it.
There are so many things in our lives that we could choose to worry about. Work stress, time - or lack of, financial stress or relationship problem's just to name a few. Being an adult sucks sometimes!
But when we are happy not only are we better company to be around but we break out less, sleep better and radiate positivity.
Sometimes we just need to take five minutes for ourselves to de stress and here are a couple ways to do that in your busy day to day lives.
Write It Down
Have a notebook on you, near your bedside table or simply write your worries onto a piece of paper. You will be amazed at how much this little activity helps to clear your mind and de stress you. I'm a huge believer in the power the universe has and so by writing them down and putting them aside you are free to enjoy your day.

Exercise
There is no greater feeling than smashing it out on a treadmill when your filled with worry inside. Exercise releases endorphins and it also gives your skin a natural glow so no need to reach for the blush.
Turn Up The Music
Plug your earphones in your ears and turn the volume up loud and just relax. If music is your escape then by all means go for it and play your favourite tunes. Music can easily influence your mood so if you are after a calming mood play some Norah Jones or Michael Bubble.
Meditate or do some yoga
Alternatively, if you enjoy yoga or meditating then it is a great way to escape from your stresses. It focuses on your breathing, bringing your heart rate back to normal speed and clearing your head. Often if im stressed I will go on youtube and find some yoga (If you search Be Fit on youtube it has an amazing channel with many different yoga exercises), and it results in me being able to fall asleep alot faster.

Call Your Best Friend
Good friends are worth millions of dollars. They are just like cheap therapist's but will give you honest answer's. Call them when your down and they will give you the time of day you need to help you get on with the issues you have.

I know it's so easy to get caught up in a busy world but please remember to de-stress when you need to. A problem shared is a problem halved.
