If you caught last week's post you would have seen my Make Up Must Have's 2016, and today i'm going to talk about those product's that I think have helped us get through parenting and pregnancy this year.

Pregnancy
Aquamamma
Aquamamma was launched this year and for the full run down on how it works and what it is you can click here. Basically, it was so amazing to have a drink launched that pregnant mama's can drink and know that it is safe for their babies and even contains folic acid. I know it helped to rehydrate me and gave me an alternative drink to just water.
Trilogy Rosehip Oil
We all remember how incredily itchy our skin get's during pregnancy and we all fear those dreaded stretch mark's. But Trilogy's rosehip oil is a product that I found hydrated my skin and relieve's some of that itchy-ness. The oil in itself has so many healing properties and can be put on those stretch mark's so that once they are there, it does slightly reduce the appearance of them.
Jeans West Maternity Jeans
These need to be mentioned because they are FABULOUS. For so long I searched for comfy jean's that looked good, felt good and made me feel comfortable in them. Jean's west's maternity jean's have a large band that sit above the bump. Thank you Jeans West for making jean's that actually make pregnant people feel comfortable and look presentable!!
Parenting
Ultrasonic Vaporizer
I don't know why I ever parented without a vaporizer. This wee machine has been a lifesaver for a few reason's. First, my eldest get's both asthma and croup and during winter we can have some pretty tough night's. The vapourizer (ain combination with Sniffles Essential Oil's) made it a little easier for him to breathe and get some sleep during our tough nights. Even now with the changing of the season's we use it and the sniffles oil which helps to stop his nose running from hayfever and get some rest.
Baby Shusher
This is another parenting tool that I have recently brought for my second child. It's a white noise machine that works wonders. I am able to put my son down awake with his shusher on and he drifts off to sleep. The machine turns itself off after either 15 or30 minutes and we have had a couple times where he has woken once it's switched off, but we just need to reset it to get him calm.
Wine
No brand in particular. Wine is an essential. Celebrate the small vistories. Baby slept for 4 hours? Celebrate! You got the kids in bed before midnight? Celebrate! You survuved the day with your toddler asking 'why' with everything you said? celebrate!
