Morning babes!
Welcome back to Febrary's beauty edit. It's only a few days late but it gave me time to collate all the exciting news from the last month for you. Although there may have only been 28 days this month there isn't any shortage in beauty news!
February saw the return of the highly anticipated New York Fashion Week. One of the biggest beauty trends to grace the catwalk was 'rainbow eyes'. Oscar De La Renta showcased this look as he had his models wearing turquoise blue eye shadow with sherbet pink eyeliner. It also reminds me of unicorn makeup and would fit nicely in with the unicorn phase. While I know this look isn't for everyone I think its gorgeous and fun, however probs not approps for everyday wear!

Everyone is going Beauty and the Beast crazy at the moment in an anticipation of the new Disney film due out this month. Japanese skincare brand, Skin Inc, has released a Beauty and the Beast face serum. It is in the pretties of packaging and is of course limited edition. Both Beauty Bay and Sephora USA stock Skin Inc and it will retail for $90USD. This product was released mid last week on March 2nd.

Kanye West. Love him or hate him, whatever it is you cant deny that he is building himself an empire. To add to his music career and clothing line he is now creating a make up collection. Yes, you read that right. Yeezy is wanting to create his own line called 'DONDA' after his late mother Donda West. It will include 'makeup, perfumes and other cosmetics'. Of course it wouldnt truly be Kanye without some extremities and he wishes to eventually turn Donda into a lifestyle brand complete with holograms.
Lush is said to be releasing a Donald Trump inspired hair product this year. At the 2017 Lush Summit in february they reveled are releasing 5 new hot hair treatments. One is called 'yuge' (said in Donald Trump's voice - 'it's going to be yuge!') and theres no doubt that it is inspired by Trump as they actually had someone dressed up with a huge head walking around like Trump at the summit. Yuge is said to add softness to your hair and is still being tested on humans so there isn't a release date yet.
