Don't we all wish that we just had our shit together. There are some (most) mum's who look like they have it all together at first glance but are so good at hiding it. So when I heard that there was a new book being released all about how to 'Get Your Sh*t Together' I thought it might have some tips that I could make use of.
Sarah Knight, who is the author of the book has previously written another book called 'The magic of not giving a fu*k' and I have heard so many good things about that book. So this one has got to be good right?
Sarah Knight is described as an 'anti guru' and takes us on a journey through mental and physical de- cluttering. She helps teach us how to prioritize jobs and what we need and want and also learn to prioritize.
If you don;t like bad language or swearing then I wouldn't think you would have even picked up this book to look at. Probably a good thing as Knight blatantly tells you she is going to use the work fuck 332 throughout the book.
There is such a range of topics covered in the book that whatever your searching for it's bound to be in here. We start in the early chapters by covering The power of negative thinking which is an odd way to look at things. I am someone who thrives on positivity and the power of positive thinking so when Knight turned negative thinking into a way to fuel the positivity, I knew I was hooked.
Later on in the book you will cover everything from relationships, day to day stresses and even saving money for your retirement.
If your not a list maker then no need to worry, there are diagram's and all sort's included in the book. So no matter what way you find learning effective you will gain something out of here.
Again, don't read this book if you don't like the word fuck - or any swear word for that matter.
Would I recommend it? Yes!
Does this sound like a book you would like to read?
Lipstick and love!
