We all dream of the perfect nights sleep. If were a mum we want our kids to have a great sleep and even if we don't have kids i'm sure you love your sleep.
On a recent trip to Lush the lovely store attendant gave me a sample of their new product called Sleepy. She told me she had applied it for the last few nights and had been having great sleeps. So as a tired and sleep deprived mum I have been using this for a week and then went and repurchased a full sized pottle after that.
I personally love the smell of it. It is something that calm's you and relaxes you instantly. It is very creamy and rubs in beautifully. Once its on it doesn't leave you feeling sticky, it totally absorbs into your skin. It says to cover yourself fully in this product for optimum results but I have just been applying to our arms, legs and chest.

I've found that if you use this product each night you will see results. It's not going to make your toddler sleep through the night but it will help to wind them down in the evenings and get into a deeper sleep. With myself, I find I get into a deep sleep alot faster and it actually helps to switch off in the evening.
A little goes a long way. I apply a small dot about the size of a $2 coin to each arm and leg and rub it in. I suggest if you don't like the smell of lavender then stay away from this product however I am a fan of it so smelling this product really calms me.
It is part of the Lush's 2016 Christmas Collection and can be picked up at $18.90NZD per 100g or $38.00NZD for 240g . Obviously being part of the Christmas collection there is a high possibility that it will disappear at the end of the year but hopefully Lush make it permanent.
